By accessing or using Wplace Color Converter ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wplace Color Converter is a free online tool that allows users to:

• Convert images to pixel art using the Wplace color palette
• Plan pixel art designs with our Pixel Planner tool
• Access and use the official Wplace color palette
• Download converted images for personal or commercial use

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Wplace Color Converter for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the website materials except for image conversion purposes
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper attribution
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials

4. User Content

4.1 Your Rights

You retain all rights to the images you upload and convert using our Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

4.2 Your Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use any images you upload
• Your use of the Service will not infringe upon any third party's rights
• You will not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful

6.2 Wplace Palette

The Wplace color palette is provided for use in creating pixel art. We do not claim ownership of the palette but provide it as a tool for artistic creation.

7. Privacy and Data Processing

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Important: All image processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, or have access to your images.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

9. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: Wplace Color Converter is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wplace.live. We provide tools to work with the publicly available Wplace color palette but are not officially connected to the Wplace.live platform.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice
• Change these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms
• Add or remove features and functionality
• Impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
